Dennis is more than just a helping hand at Enzo’s. He’s part of the reason it all started. Dennis saw the vision before it was reality and pushed Charmaine to bring it to life. At our pop-ups, Dennis jumps in right when the rush hits. No hesitation, just hustle. And behind the scenes, he’s our go-to for strategy, logistics, and straight up business sense. Whether it’s hands on or high-level, Dennis is the kind of support you don’t take for granted. Without him, we’d be lost in the smoke.

Eric is the quiet force behind the fire at Enzo’s Craft Barbecue. He jumps in where it counts. Handling fire when Charmaine’s buried in the grind, knocking out prep like a pro, and hauling the smoker like it’s nothing. But when it’s showtime, Eric steps up as the expediter, the last stop before the food hits your hands.
